
I've been featuring weight loss stories here for many months now. Many of these stories are about people who have succeeded in losing a massive amount of weight. But I am curious about what the needs are for any of my regular readers here.
Do most people just want to lose less than twenty pounds for example? Or is the average number more like 50 pounds of desired weight loss?
