Create Step-By-Step Systems And Put Your Income And Business On Auto-Pilot!

In order to build a solid foundation for your business, you need to systematize every activity that makes you money in your business.
Nearly everything about your business can be turned into a system. A system consists of a series of simple steps that you must follow in order to complete a particular task.
You can have a system about how you run your ads.
You know that you have to get your ads to the classified section of the newspaper by, let’s say, Thursday every week. You know that you have to make payments on those ads. You know that you have to check the Sunday paper to make sure they are running properly and that the correct phone numbers are there and that the placement is correct.
When you take the minor tasks of each and every aspect of your business and break them down into a set of systems, your business will be duplicate-able by people who are less skilled than you are.
That means people can run your business who are less qualified than you and the work can be done correctly and consistently over and over again.
I show you how to take the techniques in my courses and turn them into systems.
Much of what I give you are step by step methods, but you will have to tweak those steps for your particular area, for your particular neighborhood and for the style of business that you want to create.
Once you are able to create a system that works, you will be able to get that system moving and then proceed on to the next system and innovate, create and set in motion a second system.
This is very much like the plate spinner at the circus. He will take a pole and start spinning one plate on top of that pole.
Then he will put another pole on top of that plate and put another plate on top of that and spin that one.
He does not start the second one until the first one is in place.
You are going to do the same thing with your business.
You are going to get a bunch of plates spinning, but you have to do them one at a time. Get each one of them spinning properly before you move on to the second one.
When you create a process that works, you need to step outside that process and look at it from the outside in.
Instead of being in it every day and doing the work that has to be done in order to keep it moving, you need to take some time, step outside the business and look at it from the outside.
Say to yourself, "What are the exact steps I have to follow every week in order to get this system completed by the end of the month?"
Write these steps down and you have created a system.
The true value of a system is being able to delegate the systematized tasks.
But there is also value in reminding yourself what needs to be done each day and knowing, every day when you come into work, what the things are that you need to accomplish in order to keep the business moving properly.
