Live Cougar At Child Birthday Party!

I read about this article which hits the headline. "Parents bring live cougar to birthday party"

Parent in Florida made a horrible lapse in judgment by bringing a live cougar to a child's birthday party, that, of course, resulted in tragedy. A 4 year old girl was badly hurt, the cougar although was declawed, it seized the child with its teeth and cuts the girl eyelid and cheek and almost severed her ear.

Why would one want to take a wild and dangerous animal out of the cage to meet a group of kids as young as 4 years of age. This poor little kids will probably not understand what danger is.

I could not imagine how could one think of this birthday idea. The risk involve is not worth the excitement. So, the next time you organise a kids birthday party, remember these kids are innocent and we should not exposure them unnecessary to undue danger.
