On July 11, the carrier of the second-generation iPhone in Switzerland will start to offer three various tariff plans. The 3G iPhone will be offered by Orange at the Orange Centers as well as Apple Premium resellers. The cheapest tariff plan is called iPhone Optima 30 which costs CHF 44. The second tariff plan is worth CHF 61 and currently called as the iPhone Optima 100. The most expensive tariff plan offered by Orange is called iPhone Maxima and is worth CHF 99. All of these must be paid to the mobile service provider every month.
All of the mentioned tariff plans include the mobile data worth 1 GB every month. If the user exceeds the 1 GB mobile data, they have to add CH 0.10 for every extra data. The plans also include 100 minutes to allow the users access the Wi-Fi hotspots of Orange in Switzerland and other countries where Orange is available.
The iPhone Optima 30 also includes 30 minutes of free voice calls to Switzerland, United States, and Europe. The iPhone Optima 100 on the other hand have free 100 minutes of voice calls. And as for the iPhone Maxima, the user will have an unlimited call within Switzerland only.
Furthermore, all of the three tariffs also include 50 free text messages within Switzerland.
