Atletico De Madrid Ties Mexican Salcido From Psv

If yesterday SFS announced that Dutchman Johnny Heitinga of Ajax
of Amsterdam was "tied" by ATLETICO DE MADRID for next season,
as well as Chec Ujfalusi from Fiorentina on the verge, today Spanish
daily "Marca" adds a 3ºrd defender.
According to said source, Mexican & PSV EINDHOVEN 27 year
old defender CARLOS ARNOLD SALCIDO is in "the bag" & will
arrive for next season.
This is a clear sign that Atletico has very taken seriously its objective
to strenghen the defence, area were this year is full of holes & costing
the team loss of points in the classification table.
