It hurts --

But sometimes it takes a kick in the head to realize how much of life you're missing out on.

How do you feel right now?

No seriously, are you aware of how you FEEL at this moment?

Do you even know?

Chances are your mind is racing with thoughts, hopes, as you read this, regrets, fantasies -- but how do you FEEL?

Without training -- the nature of the masculine is to stay locked completely within the tic-tic of the mind.

"When's my next meeting?" "Better check my bank account balance. I gotta call Bill about that project." I wonder if Kelly emailed?" Will she sleep with me again? "Did I screw it up?"

Does this sound like you?

How many browser windows do you have open right now? Are you on your cell as you read this? Are you listening to the radio or an mp3 -- or watching a YouTube video or TV as you skim this email?

The mind, conscious and unconscious, runs laps.

And blocks out our feminine - or feeling side -- things like emotion, intuition and the flow of change.

As a result, we as men involuntarily tend to be WAY out of touch with our emotions and feeling centers.

And to most women -- can come off like the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz - cold and empty (even though we always had a heart).
