The RetailEmail Index fell 9% to 144 during the week ending April 13, and is down 7% from where it was four weeks ago.


*The RetailEmail Index is a general measure of the email volume generated by the top 100 online retailers.

Last week, only 76% of the retailers in the RetailEmail Index send out at least one email, down from 87% the week prior, and down from 86% during the 4-weeks-ago period.



Easter: The retailers tracked by RetailEmail.Blogspot sent 2 emails referencing Easter last week, up from 26 the week prior.

Mother’s Day: There were 8 references to Mother’s Day last week, up from 1 the previous week

Other things referenced by retailers: spring, summer, the outdoors
