The Email Experience Council has issued a call for entries for its first award competition recognizing email marketing excellence—The Email Performance Award. We’re looking for an email marketing campaign that demonstrates the full power of the channel, one that provides further evidence of email marketing’s unsurpassed return on investment and inspiration to others seeking to elevate the performance of their own programs.
I’ve seen some amazing retail email campaigns that I assume generated enviable results. I’d love to see some of you step forward and not only get the praise you deserve, but also help show email-naysayers that email is an uber-powerful marketing medium.
The members of the eec will select the winner from among the Email Performance Award finalists, which will be determined by the eec’s leadership and announced in mid-January. The winner will receive free admission to the
Email Evolution Conference at the Sheraton Hotel & Marina in San Diego, where the Email Performance Award will be officially presented on Feb. 13, 2008. The deadline for nomination submissions is Dec. 10, 2007.
