Email is a fantastic educational tool, so I love seeing emails like this one that explains how to select a product that’s right for me. Their fleece guide is good also because it’s clearly written by the retailer with the consumer in mind. So much of product descriptions and such come from suppliers that’s refreshing to see a strong, helpful retailer voice.
